At the Official Total War Merchandise store ( we offer a global delivery service.
This page details delivery options for items bought directly from During the checkout process, you’ll be given the option to choose how your items are delivered. Your delivery options can vary depending on a variety of factors, including product weight, size and delivery address. If you don’t see a particular delivery option then it’s not available for your order.

We use Royal Mail for all our shipping requirements, the delivery charge is calculated on a weight basis inside the cart. The Royal Mail Services we use are:

  • First Class Packet (Recorded Signed for)
  • International Signed for (up to £500 insurance)
  • Please allow up to 10-14 Working days for delivery in the UK & European orders and 28 days to the Rest of the World

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but if you ever need to return an item then we’re here to make things as simple and straightforward as possible.

Thinking of returning an item?
To ensure the safe return of your item, please follow the steps so we can process your preferred outcome more efficiently.
Please visit the contact & support page for our help desk, please provide as much info as possible about the item(s) you would like to return, including: Your Name, Address and Order Number.

Self-paid Postage
Please send the item back to the address provided on the dispatch note and include a copy of the original dispatch note you received with the item.
For large and expensive items, we may arrange for a courier to collect your item. In this event, we will contact you to arrange a collection time that is convenient for you.

Damaged during delivery, defective, incorrectly advertised or not what I ordered
You can return your purchase to us within 14 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn’t what you ordered. We will issue a full refund (including return postage costs) or a replacement at no additional cost. If you choose a replacement, we will dispatch it by the same delivery option you originally selected.

I want to return an unwanted item
If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within seven days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your return postage costs, as there is no error on our part.

Returning large and/or expensive items
For large and/or expensive items, we may arrange for a courier to collect your purchase. In this event, we will contact you to arrange a collection time that is convenient for you. If there is no error on our part, we will need to deduct the cost of the service from your refund.

Testing returns
We test every return for faults and defects. Please check DVDs on a second machine, and consult product manuals for electrical items before returning anything to us. If you return an item as faulty or defective and our test team discover nothing wrong then we will return the item to you at your cost.
Please note: we are not responsible for incompatibilities caused by DVD or Blu-ray players modified to disable regional encoding.
